IDŌL is a French Heavy Metal band formed in Paris in 2019 by the duo Aletheia and Valens. Combining elements of Heavy, Progressive, Doom Metal and Hard Rock with mystical and philosophical-themed lyrics, IDŌL released their debut EP Allegoria in July 2022.
